Broom’s Bloom Dairy specializes in locally sourced food. In fact, some of its offerings are crafted from the farm’s own homegrown ingredients—like the signature ice creams. The Broom’s Bloom team uses milk from its own cows to whip up more than 100 unique flavors of ice cream, and they scoop a variety of 12 to 18 of the flavors every day.
Before you treat yourself to dessert, enjoy soup, salad, or a lunch specialty at Broom’s Bloom. Regulars highly recommend the cream of crab soup, so snag a bowl before it sells out for the day. You can also dig into a bowl of mac and cheese dressed in a creamy sauce of cheddar and parmesan cheese. Prefer a sandwich? Try the BLT, a chicken salad sammy, or pork barbecue on a roll. Guests can also try one of the lunchtime combos, which allow you to sample a few different items from the menu.
