Jiivana Yoga Offers Yoga and Meditation Classes for All Levels

Jiivana Yoga is a yoga studio lead by Jamie Martin Wilson, who has 23 years of practice and 19 years of teaching experience in yoga, meditation, reiki, and nutrition. Her classes integrate yoga and mindfulness with a focus on pranayama (breathing) and a flow of seated and standing postures with variations of forward bends and twists, ending with a resting savasana.

Jamie holds adult group yoga classes at both beginner and intermediate levels in six-week sessions at Abingdon Elementary School. These sessions are $63 per person and begin on March 7th for beginners and March 9th for intermediates. Classes are for ages 14 and up, any gender, and you can pre-register online. Jamie also offers meditation sessions throughout the year along with individualized one-on-one classes that can be held in your home.
