Enjoy a New Orelans-Inspired Brunch at Backfin Blues: Creole de Graw

Every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Backfin Blues: Creole de Graw hosts a special Sunday brunch. Guests can build their own Bloody Marys using a slew of savory ingredients, sip on a sweet and sparkling mimosa, or just enjoy a simple cup of coffee. That’s all before the first brunch dish is even served.

Kick off brunch with some of the Creole dip, a blend of crawfish and crab infused with caramelized onions and parmesan cheese. It comes with fried bowtie pasta crisps and Asiago croutons. Then dig into one of the Creole-inspired brunch dishes, like the Creole omelet. The chef stuffs it with andouille sausage, peppers, onions, and cheddar-jack cheese. The Creole French toast features a subtle level of spice offset by the sweetness of powdered sugar. If you’d rather enjoy a lunch dish, dig into a po’boy, a Creole pizza, or the fresh jambalaya.
